1. Refund or exchange with the original receipt or the shipping delivery for online orders. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. 
2. All products will be inspected by our office before a refund is authorized.
3. Jewellery must be in good condition with all original certificates and accessories. 
4. Gift returns with receipt can only be exchanged or converted to a gift card. 
5. Shipping charges are non-refundable. 
6. Clearance items are exchange only.
